ACD Instacart ‘22-24At Instacart, I established and led the Growth Creative team, overseeing creative strategy, direction, operations, and the production of creative content across social, digital, and print channels for both consumer and shopper audiences.
Our track record spoke volumes: we consistently surpassed targets, uncovered invaluable insights, and produced a diverse portfolio of over 10K creative assets. My focus on building strong partnerships and leveraging our team's individual strengths was crucial in delivering innovative, top-performing creative that resonated with our audiences, while meeting our Retailer and CPG partners' unique needs.

Influencer: Under my leadership, we built out successful influencer-paid social content programs across diverse shopper and consumer audiences.
Custom Content: I led the end-to-end production of bespoke photo and video content across consumer and shopper channels, overseeing numerous shoots.
Organic Social: I also led creative across our organic social channels, including our GIPHY that has generated 200M+ (& counting) views
